Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Udaya Holding LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on udayaholding.com (the “Site”), and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. Similar technologies — such as local storage and session storage — allow a site to store small amounts of data in your browser. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site operators.
Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remaining until they expire or are deleted). They may be set by the site you are visiting (first-party) or by another domain (third-party).
2. How we use them
We take a deliberately minimal approach. The Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics cookies.
We currently use only the following:
Strictly necessary
- Cookie notice acknowledgement — a first-party local-storage entry named
udaya_cookie_notice_v1, which records that you have seen and dismissed our cookie notice so that it is not shown on every page. It contains only a timestamp, is stored on your device, and is never transmitted to us. - Security and load-balancing — cookies that may be set by our hosting provider or, where enabled, a content delivery or security service, in order to route requests, protect against abuse and maintain the availability of the Site.
Server logs (not cookies)
Our hosting provider records standard access logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and diagnostic purposes. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
Web fonts
All typefaces used on the Site are hosted on our own server. No font, script or stylesheet is loaded from a third-party content delivery network, and therefore no data about your visit is disclosed to any external font or analytics provider.
3. Your choices and consent
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of a website do not require consent under most applicable laws. Because we use only such cookies, we display an informational notice rather than a consent-management platform.
Should we introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your prior consent before they are set.
4. How to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view stored data, block cookies from particular sites, block third-party cookies and delete existing data. Instructions are usually found under Settings → Privacy.
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security
- Safari — Settings → Privacy
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the functioning of parts of the Site. Clearing your browser storage will cause the cookie notice to appear again on your next visit.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
