Udaya Holding LLC is committed to making udayaholding.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is part of how we understand responsibility, not an afterthought to it.

1. Conformance standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.

This site is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Substantial conformance means that most of the site meets the standard, and that we treat any exception as a defect to be corrected.

2. Measures we take

Accessibility features built into this site include:

• semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and a logical heading hierarchy;
• a “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users;
• full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element;
• text and background colour combinations selected to meet or exceed the minimum contrast ratios;
• descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology;
• form fields with associated labels, clear required-field indication and status messages announced to assistive technology;
• a responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling and supports browser text resizing up to 200%;
• respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which disables non-essential animation;
• a navigation menu that can be opened and closed with the keyboard, including the Esc key.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain:

• Third-party services, such as externally hosted web fonts, are outside our direct control.
• Some decorative photographic backgrounds carry atmosphere rather than information; where this is the case they are marked as decorative and no alternative text is provided.
• Documents published in formats other than HTML may not yet be fully tagged for accessibility.

5. Assessment approach

This site has been evaluated through internal review, including keyboard-only navigation testing, colour-contrast verification and automated accessibility checks. We review accessibility whenever the site is materially updated.
